Here is the thing, i have a bone with 6 keyframes, and i want to move the bone a bit to the left, can i move the bone without adjust all the keyframes? sorry for my english :x

Sure. Select the translate keys you want to modify, enable Key Adjust, then move the bone. Each key will be modified relatively based on how far you moved the bone.
