Fantastic work! The movement of the face turning from diagonal to side is really smooth and very beautiful. The drummer boy's movement from raising his arms straight up to lowering them is also beautiful. You do difficult things in Spine, but the finished animations don't look difficult to the viewer, they look just natural movements. Your animations are amazing!

The animation has that frame by frame quality. Are these mostly animated using the stepped curve type? Maybe the mouth sprite swaps are tricking my brain. Very cool either way.
