Spine does not work without the Internet

Hello.
Spine updates to the same version each time it starts. Even if the latest version is installed, it is still an update. Every time you download it, it downloads an update. If the Internet is disabled, it waits for connection to the server and does not start. How to fix this problem?

In the archive 2 files - made 2 starts. 2 times the update to version 3.6.48.

I am having the exact same problem. How did you fix it?

Your launcher is the latest, so that looks good. Are running in a VM? We've had reports of download each startup in a VM.

To me by e-mail have answered - work Spine on virtual machines is not guaranteed.
At me Spine in the virtual machine works normally, but at start each time is updated through the Internet.
