I'm having a hard time finding the latest news about Spine-Mecanim integration.
From what i understand there is a skeletonAnimator working with the "mecanim generated" skeleton but we then lose mostly any benefits from Spine at runtime including transition blending. not an option for me. ๐
I remember that MagicPanda came up with another solution with skeletonAnimation and using mechanism as an fsm. Is there any "official" thread about it ? ๐
Lastly I screened a picture of a guy's setup from another forum, since I can't remember who and here -_-
But I haven't seen this in Spine forum, do you guys have any clue/thoughts about it ?

Anyway, you've got the point here : what is the current "good" solution to work with Mecanim, and are they any plan for an fsm or any visual solution for Unity ?
NB : the game I'm working on will be heavily "pattern oriented" and the use of mechanism would be a HUGE deal to manage this. :whew:
