I'm not really facing this problem already but I want to think about it before getting stuck...
I understand that most of the cycling animations shouldn't actually move on x axis and get movement from your game engine.
But or more complex and brief actions (maybe some attacks, dodging ) you might want to have a precise animation entirely done in Spine, right ?
So what is your approach with Spine (and Unity runtime), I dig a bit on google and heard about Root Motion... :wonder:
Could you guys provide some advices ?
