I tend to turn off inherit scale on feet and hands so that I can, for example, scale leg bones to simulate bending from a front-facing perspective. Unfortunately if the bone in question is part of an IK constraint and I exit the project, inherit scale will be checked again when I come back. Is this a bug? Certainly it's an annoying workflow issue.

I can't reproduce the bug in either Spine 3.4 and 3.5.
Which version are you talking about?
I just updated to 3.5 and still get the problem, so it's in both for me.
I've also had this occur in multiple project files. The highlighted bones are the ones I keep fighting with.
