Slow rotation and looping animation, Lost (lag) phenomenon
In the production part of the project I'm currently working
Slowly rotate or recyclable haebomyeon continue to repeat the animation
The irregular disconnection occurs.
This phenomenon is not just occurring only in the spine tools
After applying the Unity project to export data and build in application of the actual phone
Applications in the game and have the same problem.
I would like to know clearly what is causing the problem.

Your first video is set to private. I'm not sure I fully understand the problem. Do you mean the rotation "stutters" at some point?
The 3.5 runtimes have a number of improvements to AnimationState:

#7 may fix the issue you are seeing, though I don't fully understand your problem.
