So there was this article about a recent (US federal?) court case against some big studios like Pixar and Dreamworks and Disney and Lucasfilm. Apparently, they got together and made a whole wage-fixing/salary-fixing cartel thing.

Is this a reliable news site/blog?

Don't know about that site, but it's been pretty common knowledge (at least in the business) for a long time that things weren't exactly "kosher".
