Regarding the disabled activation code:
Your activation code may have been automatically disabled if Spine detected it was being used on too many computers. Each Spine license allows installation on a maximum of two computers for use by a single person. If you've installed Spine on more than two machines, the system will automatically disable the license.
What you should do:
Please send an email to contact@esotericsoftware.com with your license details and explain the situation. The support team will be able to:
- Investigate why your activation code was disabled
- Create a new license for you if needed
- Help resolve the blank license page issue
In your email, include:
- Your purchase date (July 2024)
- A description of both issues (disabled activation code and blank license page)
- Any relevant details about how many computers you've used Spine on
Once they create a new license for you (if needed), your old activation code and license link will no longer work, and you'll receive new ones.
Note about the blank license page:
If you've lost access to your original license email and need to recover it, you can normally use the Spine license recovery page, but since you're experiencing the blank page issue, the support team will need to assist you directly.
