Graph editor rectangle selection resize from centre or origin

Hello!
In the Graph editor I'm missing the possibility to resize the selected area using its centre as a pivot, by pressing some hotkey like Ctrl, Shift or Alt.
What I'm trying to achieve is evenly resize a whole curve or set of curves while sort of keeping the centre of it, without having to tweak it too many times.

It would be great to have 3 different ways of resizing it, apart from the Free one, each bound to a different hotkey or upper buttons:

using the centre of the rectangle as pivot
using the centre of the selected curves
using the 0 value as the centre

You can hold ctrl when resizing the selection box to scale from the center of the box.

To scale from the center of the curve values, the Favor tool's "average" settings may do what you want:

To scale to zero, the Favor tool "default" setting may be what you want.
