doubt on runtime license

I toyed a bit with the runtimes code and I'm happy about both Spine, I'm confident I can make a runtime for my own engine with very little code using spine-c.

So I'm here, about to buy a Professional license of Spine, but reading the license ( http://esotericsoftware.com/files/license.txt ) gave me a doubt, it says:

"Upon termination all rights granted to You
under this Agreement will also terminate and You must cease all use of the
Software, delete all copies of the Software and Your license key, and cease
all distribution of the Spine Runtimes."

Does that includes ceasing the distribution of the games that uses runtimes like spine-c? It means I must renew the license every year until one of my games that's using a spine runtime is being sold\distributed online?

If that's the case I think you should put that in evidence a lot more and start talking about an annual license fee directly on the site, because it's not very clear...

Yes, if your Spine license becomes invalid then you can no longer distribute applications using the Spine Runtimes. Keep in mind though that the Essential and Professional licenses never expire, unless you earn more than $500,000 annual revenue.

seems quite fair! this license is just for my personal use but I also work as lead programmer on a bigger software house and we'll start a pc\console title in the next months, so I'll surely recommend Spine to them, even if they'll probably need an Enterprise one, thanks for the clarification!
