You can first export a json from the project you want to bring into the other. Then import it using import data, and choosing the same skeleton:

Next you can import the spine file and choose the animations you want to import. (you can use ctrl or shift to select them all at once)

BUT you need to be careful: the bones of both projects need to have unique names that don't overlap across the two skeletons. The same goes for images, slots, etc. or the import may go wrong. The same goes for the animations.

But let's rediscuss this idea first: perhaps you don't need to import the spells for each character, you could simply import them as two separate skeletons in the same project to ease the animation syncing of the effects, but just match their roots at runtime overlapping the vfx on the characters. Otherwise you may be needlessly repeating identical data across all the projects.

I need help with Skins in Spine.
So I created a spine file that works perfectly. But now my boss want me to change the sleve to another skin. I don't know how to just import new sleve to my old spine file (everything works just find, just need to change the sleve).
I tried to export json and images of all the skins I create. But when I import date to the old file spine (same skeleton) then pictures just missing

Hello! My bad, I almost missed this message. Usually users open new forum topics or send us emails. (which I'd encourage you to do so I can have the rest of the team on board 😃 ready to jump in when needed!)

Select one of the missing images, in its properties what do you see as the path? is it the same place where the image is actually saved on your computer or (as I expect it to be) is it a different place and it needs to be fixed?

I saw this topic is quite similar to me so I just followed the step but it didn't work 😃
and don't want to create another topic just for this so I pm u 😃
I made a different PTS file and saved it in another folder in my computer. and when I imported the json to spine it created another folder in the images section just like the picture I sent u

Please change the path of the new image so that it matches the path relative to your main images node:

I followed the links you sent and this tutorial :

I can work in spine now and everything seems to be fine.
And when I exported it, for the first time there were 3 png pictures (instead of 1 like normal) and my friend said he can't use it in Unity

Is it because I did something wrong?
