The question of "Pack"

Hello ,everyone.
When I use the spine to export a project ,I will chose binary.Then ,I will feel confused of Texture atlas.Because,when I chose "Pack",there will have two choices:"attachments"&"image folder".
Please tell me how to use them.

If you pick Attachments only images that are used by Spine will be packed.

If you pick Image Folder all images in the project directory(that is set in the image path) will be packed.
