Lock Bone transform
1) Hello! Can i lock the "foot" bone position in my skeleton rig?
2) DragonBone extention for Adobe Flash can export animation to Json format, but SPINE load this format as empty. Can i import flash animations in to SPINE some ways?

1) Not yet. This is called IK pinning and we hope to implement it in some form soon. There is the bone compensation button but it probably doesn't do what you want.
2) The JSON format has to be Spine's format. I haven't tried to import from Flash, I'm not sure there is a convertor that outputs Spine's format.
