Hi, I'm having a minor issue here with the tree, it's not a big deal but it slows me down a bit.

I like to filter the tree view to see only attaches and images, this way I can reorder the Draw Order by dragging them in the tree without need to scroll up and down the tree over and over again looking for the Draw Order section and then look for the bone and attachments to change and image.

I use the "Expand and Scroll the tree as the Editor selection changes" option when the tree is unfiltered so it looks for the selected bone automatically, this way I can quickly change the image of the attachment with no need to look for the bone in all the tree.

Problem is, this option (Expand and Scroll....) doesn't work when the tree is filtered and leave the bones out, so I have to manually look in the tree for the attachment of the bone I have selected. When you have a considerable long list of bones and attachments, every time you look for them drags your productivity a bit, a simple highlight in the tree of the attachments of the bone I select on the editor would solve this issue. That or having a separate view for Draw Order, this way I wouldn't have to filter the bones from the tree view.

Thank you.

If attachments are hidden in the tree, then the tree doesn't scroll when you select an attachment in the viewport (regardless of bones or slots being shown). Note it does select the attachment's slot or bone in the tree, but it doesn't scroll to it. You can force it to scroll to it by clicking the "expand and scroll" button twice:

I'm not sure if this not scrolling behavior was on purpose. Changing it may mess with some workflows, though I do think it makes sense to scroll the tree when the slot or bone is selected and "expand and scroll" is on.

If you hide bones, showing both slots and attachments, then the tree does scroll. Is this sufficient for your adjusting of the draw order?

Note using hotkeys to adjust the draw order can be convenient:

Draw Order Down: MINUS
Draw Order Down (5): shift + MINUS
Draw Order Up: PLUS
Draw Order Up: EQUALS
Draw Order Up (5): shift + PLUS
Draw Order Up (5): shift + EQUALS

Thank you for the reply

I usually set the editor to avoid selecting images most of the time, but I can try to adjust my workflow to see if I can use your advice.

Thank you, I'll give it a try.
