Spine is not starting unless it is able to reach this server ... once it does it starts working flawlessly, but this greatly reduce my ability to use it on the go.

Please help :'(

Hmm, it could be something about the VM that triggers the download. While I'm sure it's annoying, at least it is not a blocker! We don't normally test running Spine in a VM. Is there a reason you are using a VM? Performance is sure to suffer.

Yes, I use it to move my workspace.

Upgraded to PRO... didn't make a difference. Can you help?

Running inside a VM with no internet connection required. This can completely get rid of the licensing limit. I don't think you could get any help with that.
