Hello, did you by any chance downgrade Spine in between updates or not?
Sometimes, rolling back Spine to a very old version may result in the Spine preferences being reset.
If this is not the case, what preferences are getting deleted? As I am not getting this problem, I'll need more info to try to investigate it.

Automatic backup

Go to frame

All of these options are reset every time the spine is launched with an updated version.

Ah, sorry about that! The settings were reset due to a bug with reading certain settings. We didn't see the problem right away because we happened to not have those particular values saved in our settings. It's been fixed in 4.0.22.

and if you open an old project, then the export settings are in place

4.0.22 is the last version that should reset your settings. When you get 4.0.23 or later then you should not see your settings reset.
