Hello,
I'm not sure if this is an issue with my computer or a Spine bug, but while working on an animation recently I noticed that the pngs seemed more saturated in the Spine Editor than the original pngs exported from Photoshop. You can see the difference here:

Has anyone else come across this before or can the boffins at Esoteric shed some (desaturated) light on this issue? :D
Many thanks!!

If you don't have Color management enabled in Spine, then Spine will use the sRGB color profile. If your monitor is using a different color profile, colors won't be accurate. When you enable Color management, Spine will read the monitor color profile and adjust rendering for that.
