My team noticed a weird (and quite problematic for us) bug when I export a couple of projects that use meshes heavily.
This projects are skeletons made from another skeletons where I just renamed some images. Some of these images where meshes, so when I rename them Spine shows how I keep meshes animations but the images change. The problem is when I export this projects (in JSON) these meshes animations that spine is showing are not shown.
Is there any way to fix this editing the ".spine" file so I don't have to remake all the animations again? Does this happen to anyone else?

I'm having trouble understanding the problem. When you export, some animations don't appear in the JSON -- is that correct? Can you post or email the project file? contact@esotericsoftware.com

I sent you the project and json files (including the textures since they are not from an important project), however in order to reproduce the bug I did the following:
1 .- Create an skeleton with an animated mesh
2 .- Duplicate the skeleton and rename the mesh image so it grabs another image
3 .- Spine will keep the animations, but when you export the JSON and load it up you won't be able to see the mesh animated
